Carli Flynn

Carli Flynn has a MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and BS degrees in Biological Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Her research interests include the interactions between environmental and social systems, particularly the adoption of green infrastructure for stormwater management, and the use of systems-thinking to enhance STEM education. Mallory Squier

Mallory Squier received her MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and her BS in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State, before moving to Syracuse.  Her research interests include understanding the performance of green roofs and the management of urban stormwater utilizing green infrastructure. She also enjoys hiking, reading, knitting, and cooking, all with a local craft beer.

Yige Yang

Yige Yang received her MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and her BS in Environmental Science from Sun Yat-sen University, China.  Her research interests include understanding the hydraulic and thermal performance of green roofs and the specific design of green roofs. She also enjoys all outdoor activities.

Alex recently joined us upon completion of his BS at Iowa State University.  He is interested in urban water quality and the fate of inorganics and organics in urban water runoff.
